    Great condition. It's ready to go to work. There are some videos on Youtube showing how "National Shrinkwrap Systems" work.
    Includes the instruction manual, the aluminum dispensing rollers and 18" wide plastic film, heat gun, plastic cutting wand, a mat to work off of and one to set the cutter down on.
    The
    PTFE Cover on the wand cutter has just been replaced and includes the rest of the roll I used to replace it with but it is unlikely you will have to use any of it.
    Everything is in good working order.
