IMPORTANT REMINDER:
Before you buy and pay, pls firstly contact with us with your packed product name (soap, urinal block, tea, butter, dessert etc.), product size (diameter and thickness. One size is with one mould) and packaging paper (coated cellphone paper, wax paper, tin foil paper etc.). Because different product/wrapping paper need different machines. For example, urinal block packing needs the heat sealing part, while soap and dessert packing without need heat sealing part.

Service
The complete machine is guaranteed for one year with whole life free maintenance and technical guide. One line training will be offered to you as free after purchase if you need.
1. Within period of warranty.
a) Except for the consumable parts and the damaged parts are caused by artificial factor, we can replace the new component in free of charge only when the machine is operated and used under normal condition, while shipping cost should be paid by buyer.
b) If on-site training and service is needed, the buyer should help the engineer of our company obtain the vias and prepay all the expense related to the service, including but not limited to traffic expense in China, the commission charge related to visa, air ticket, oversea traffic fee, accommodation rend, food expense etc. The training and technical service can be provided for free.
2. Beyond period of warranty.
a) We offer repair service if the machine is out of warranty period. Changing new components need to charge the cost of the component and shipping cost will be paid by buyer.
b) For normal operation skills and other basic problems, we can provide you the related technical support through email or online answering.
c) If whole life of the machine, you can send back the machine or spare parts at any time to our factory, our engineer will refresh and maintenance the parts on your machine as free, but cost is charge of buyers.
F) Shipping and Payment:
1. We only provide free shipping to basic sea port of USA, UK, Australia, Canada and some certain European countries and Asian countries by SEA.
Pls contact with us for shipping charge inquiry before you buy this item if your countries are not in above listed.
2. We accept PayPal or telegraphic transfer payment. If you want other payment items, pls contact with us.
3. We have no stock for this machine, due to different customers have different requirement. So we will make as client's requirement and deliver this machine within 25 working days after get you clear payment. Weekend and holiday is not available.
4. The shipping item is CIF destination port. That is to say, we only deliver this machine to your sea port, but not to you door. So please pick up this machine as soon as possible when it arrives. The extra warehouse fee and importing taxes in destination port should be covered by buyer.
5. We can also provide door to door service or send by express, please contact us for freight charge inquiry before you buy.
